We were very happy with the customer provided by Nicolette in your Bromborough store, she was very helpful and provided various options we could select with our purchase, she displayed a friendly manner and explained everything fully throughout the order process

Nicolette dealt with us and I have to say was very knowledgeable, friendly and professionally didn't feel under pressure to purchase. As we were able to sample the mattress and the pillows was an extra bonus and this certainly helped in choosing the right one for us. We were both given a coffee while we placed our order. We have now had a full week of no pain and more comfortable sleep.

We had a fair idea of what we wanted but needed some help in choosing the right product given the amount invested. The staff member who assisted us was fantastic, she was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly without being pushy. We were offered a drink whilst we were making our selection and she even helped keep our 8 yr old daughter entertained. We felt that we were left to make our own decision but she was on hand with plenty of good advice when required. We had been to a competitor the day before and were fully prepared to buy at the other store as we really liked their product, however after spending some time in Dreams we made our purchase there instead largely due to the fact that Dreams offered a far better deal with a product equal to the other store.

I will start my customer review by saying your sales advisor Nicolette was outstanding. Nicolette was friendly, personable, informative and extremely equipped with knowledge to suit my personal requirements. We where given coffee whilst we waited, chatted about additional products and I was also given a pillow to complete my perfect sleep experience. I literally can't thank you enough for the quality of service and professionalism I received. I actually took a friend to store today that made a sale of £899.

I had very specific needs as I am blind and have mental and physical disabilities too. The staff were very helpful in helping me choose my bed. Since my purchase I felt very nervous and apprehensive about getting into bed and ended up sleeping on the mattress on the floor. When I returned to the shop and explained, the staff and customer service department were most concerned and then extremely helpful in finding a solution to my problem. Thank you so much for all your help.

We had been to Dreams at Bromborough previously to help my mother-in-law buy a new mattress. We were very impressed with the salesman at the time, and my mother-in-law was highly satisfied with the mattress she bought. When we returned to get a new mattress for ourselves recently, we recognised the salesman, who is called David. He is one of the best shop salesmen we have ever encountered, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy or over-enthusiastic. We got good service on this occasion, and are highly likely to return to Dreams in future if ever we need one of your mattresses.

The display made it easy to choose and each bed had an easy read price display.
