NICOLETTE WHO DEALT WITH OUR PURCHASE WAS VERY HELPFUL. HAVING GREETED US,SHE OFFERED US HOT DRINKS AND CAKES, DEALT WITH OUR QUESTIONS EFFICIENTLY AND PROVIDED US WITH THE INFORMATION NEEDED TO MAKE A PURCHASE. SHE ALSO MANAGED TO PROVIDE US WITH SOME MEMORY FOAM PILLOWS TO COMPLEMENT OUR BED. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH HER TREATMENT OF US

Quality of furniture, friendliness of staff and their knowledge of the product also professional.

The assisstant Samantha was the perfect combination of helpful and hands off. She greeted us warmly when we came in store, told us about the layout and the bed grading system, then left us to our own devices. She then cam back to see us every 10 minutes or so to see how we were getting one and if we needed any direction. She was extremely knowledgable about the beds that you had to offer, describing the construction in relation to springs, sponge and firmness. Once we had decided on a bed, she was not overly assertive in trying to get us to buy it there and then. She went through finance options for the bed, and then we left to try out other mattresses in the retail park. We came back about an hour later, and she greeted us again, and we took her to the bed we had decided upon. We then went to the computer to sort out the finances for it and the entire staff in that day were friendly and welcoming while we were at the computer. We left highly satisfied.

We went in not really knowing what mattress we wanted, Sam was really helpful, listened to our questions and gave us the information we needed to make our decision. She also encouraged us to try several beds/mattresses. The store has an airy spacious feel and this helps too. Sam's colleagues were really lovely, and gave our boys balloons and played with them, whilst we placed our order. (The boys want to go back next week they had so much fun running round the store).

Whole experience was made better by the efficiency of the staff at the branch.

We were highly satisifed with our visit, we are a young couple that visted the bromborough store and we were unsure of what would suit our needs. We were served by a lovely man named David who was so friendly and made us feel welcome, and listened to what type of bed we wanted and helped us along the way, he was chatty and a really plesent man who made us feel welcome. I honestly believe this man should recieve some regonition because he honestly really good at his job!

Dave was really helpful and guided us through our sale giving us all the information we required and more! Had a very pleasant experience and am more than happy to recommend to a friend and will be a customer again in the near future. Kind Regards Shaun and Lauren Ps .. We've never won anything 😉

Dave the guy who dealt with us was great, very knowledgeable, and he even made us a coffee.

I bought the item from Bromborough the sales assistant was really helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to what I needed and ensured I got the right product for my needs (which was a single spare bed with extra single pull out bed) for when family came to visit. I had visited Benson for beds next door prior to coming into the store and their sales assistant was rude and pushy. I liked their product but there is no way I would've purchased from them due to his attitude and behaviour. The gentleman who helped me at dreams couldnt have been more polite and friendly. He answered all my questions and explored a few different options with me. It was such a contrast to Benson for beds where the sales guy made me literally run out of the shop. Huge well done. We have bought my son's bed from dreams over a year ago and once we have decided on size and style when we replace our bed we will visit dreams again.

Greeted by a smiling,friendly Nicolette who listened to my request to be shown a Tempur bed for my bad back and was taken straight to the exact one I was looking for. I was able to lie down to test the comfort and Nicolette did the key test to show that I was comfortable. I also tried a softer bed but decided on the first one. We discussed the pillow and I purchased that too. I was offered a tea while I waited for the order to be started . Nicolette was superb----polite, helpful and very knowledgeable about the product. She is a credit to your store and I hope you will let her know
