Sam, who served us, was available whenever we had a question but left us to explore the store without hassling us. She was very knowledgeable and explained the mattresses really well. When we were ready to buy it was very simple, the delivery date was as soon as we wanted it and we had refreshments provided by another team member. Sam explained the whole process very well.

The staff could not have been more helpful. Sam could not do enough for us ,she was pleasant and polite also knowledgeable about the product. We ended up buying a bed twice the price of the one we came to look at! We are very happy and can't wait for it to be delivered. A very pleasant shopping experience.Thank you.

Dave was extremely helpful, explaining the colour coded mattress system and he spent a lot of time with us while we chose, despite the fact he was on his own. He was also patient with our two children. He gave us excellent customer service and should be commended.
