Nothing too much trouble, and didn't just direct me towards the highest price mattresses. Very friendly and did not feel like I was being rushed to make a decision.

Colleague who helped us was attentive to our needs, especially as my wife is a wheelchair user. The staff assisted us with easy access and allowed us time to move around shop. Respectful to my wife's needs transferring in and out of wheelchair

I was served by Rachel who was friendly and happy to help at all times without being pushy. She was knowledgeable about the products and took the time to talk me through different options. I made the purchase in the store on that day because I was happy with the service she provided.
