I went to the Bromborough store and the assistant Rachel was so helpful and friendly. Apart from helping me choose a supportive mattress for my specific needs - I have a new hip and knee and find beds very difficult to sleep on giving me a pain free night - she invited me to sit down and she offered me a drink. We chose a mattress and I told her I would come back with my partner to buy it. I did comeback two days later to just make sure I had made the right choice. I had. Rachel was not in that day so I found out when she would be and my partner and I went in to make the purchase. Rachel told us of a new offer which we might be interested in- a good offer but I stayed with the first choice. We bought the mattress and it will come next week. Can't wait! We found Dreams to be a lovely pleasant store, and the assistant Rachel was over and above her duty and she made the experience very happy. I'm glad I am asked to write a"how did we do!" Thanks. 😀
