Julie was very friendly,helpful and explained all options of bed bases, mattress, pillows and quilts as well as delivery and pick up of old bed.

Julie was very polite and friendly and helped us in every way possible. Her explanations of mattresses were great and she was able to direct us to the mattresses advised by the computerised bed. We also had a little one with us, which she kept amused whilst we were trying the beds. Fabulous customer service.

Even though the bed id chosen online was warehouse clearance so not in the store, the assistant had brilliant product knowledge and completed the order online for me. Very pleasant and helpful
