we stated what we were looking for and were immediately taken to view all items in the range. made out selection and were invited to sit down while all paperwork was completed.

We were assisted and greeted warmly in the Bromborough store by Nicolette, she was absolutely first class. My 91 year old dad needed to purchase a new bed and as he suffers with his feet is quite disabled. Nicolette went over and beyond to make him feel relaxed and special helping and advising us all the way. She went to no end of trouble to ensure dad got just the right height of bed and the most comfortable mattress which he felt was just right for him. Nicolette even made us both a cup of coffee which was very welcome as dad tires very easily and with the pain he has in his feet it was a tiring day for him. Nicolette was so patient with him and made it such an enjoyable experience definitely a 10 out of 10 from a very happy Pensioner and his daughter.

The salesman knew his products well and spent time with me going through the options. I didn't feel under any pressure to commit to making a purchase at all. The sale was completed quickly and efficiently with minimum fuss.

Dave had very good product knowledge, was friendly and helpful. Dave also know when to stop talking . . the art of a good sales person, to know when to be quiet !!
