Nicolette at brombourgh store was very friendly offered a tea and let us look around without pressure and was always near by to answer questions. We ended up buying a bed on clearance which was very very good price and we where very pleased with help we received. Mom

Sam was lovely, she really helped by providng us with all the information on the beds we had selected, she didnt' rush us, and certainly gave us the full experience with a selection of pillows to help us chose the right bed for us, in the end we went along with the Natures Finest 4500 mattress which we are very excited about, looking foward to a blissful nights sleep, the whole experience was pain free, easy and pleasant, no hard sell just professional and understanding her customers needs, thank's to Sam. Great customer service

4 year old picking a mattress....the ladies in the shop made him feel so comfortable my husband and I sat back and enjoyed watching him make his decision which we thought would be a traumatic outing! He asked if he could go back to the bed shop this weekend!

The lady who served me was high on the knowledge of what she was telling me about my bed explained so I I could understand .I was very pleased with Dreams I will definitely shop there again it would be even better if I had Vicki to attend to me.Thank You

The lady in the Bromborough store. (Nicolette) couldn't have helped us enough. She was so kind and very polite, she was more than patient with us making our decision. We had visited the store on several occasions to try out different mattresses. Even though I changed my mind about several different products the staff member was still very helpful. She had plenty of knowledge about the products and helped me make the right decision, she put my mind at ease and ensured me throughout. I didn't feel forced at all and that is one of the reasons I purchased our new bed. Nothing was too much trouble for dreams. I will certainly, be buying more products in future and recommending the Bromborough store in future.

The sales woman at dreams was so welcoming and had a non pushy or pressuring approach and gave us lots of helpful advice when we were clueless regarding mattresses! She was very chatty and assisted us but also gave us space and time to decide for ourselves what it was that we wanted! The order process was very efficient and speedy and we were able to choose a delivery date! We were extremely impressed with our experience!

The member of staff Nicolette was more than helpful. She helped us every step of the way. All of our questions were answered. She was very patient and had excellent knowledge about the items. She created an excellent rapport and we felt she dealt with us as proper individuals and not another number. Absolutely excellent service.
