Really pleased with my choice of product, and the member of staff who helped me choose and process my order was really lovely and very helpful.

When we entered the store Nicolette greeted us and asked if we needed help. She directed us to the bed we wanted to look at and offered us a drink. We were given time to try the bed out and then were given detailed information on the different mattresses available for my daughter to try. Nicolette was helpful as she listened to my budget requirements and helped direct us to the appropriate products. We were given a very comfortable pillow to try with the mattresses that my daughter would very much like me to purchase too!

Very friendly and understanding assistant. We were given all the time we needed to explore our options and choose a suitable bed for us. David who served us was extremely helpful and didn't try to over sell your product. He gave us exactly what we were look for. We really appreciated his professional manners and efficiency. Over all great experience.

Good selection at reasonable prices .

We were very impressed with the detail the salesman could provide us with, at no time during the visit did we feel under any pressure to make a purchase (this was most important to us). We could choose our delivery date which again was most important to us as we were going on holiday. All of the staff were most courteous and very pleasant. I would most certainly shop at this store again.

My wife and I came in for a quick look and left with all we required. I have often been served in a robotic professional way, this experience was totally different. From the beginning we were met with a smile and no pressure. Everything explained and off we went to search the store. Now and again the assistant Vickie (great sense of humour) came over and answered all our questions. So relaxing during our conversation and a cup of coffee, we discovered we had both stayed in the same holiday resort. I have to say this was the way to shop. It was such a relief to know we could make a decision when we were ready. My wife hates to be hassled, but I watched her being totally relaxed and comfortable.

store staff very friendly and I could see lots of bed to try if I need to with lots of room around them to make it easy to try out staff made you feel welcome and they very helpful

Staff were friendly and helpful and gave me plenty of time to look around without pressure, while also advising me .

although i have specific needs, the assistant gave me all his time to help me choose the right mattress. When it arrives I am confident it will be what I need.

The assistant was very helpful gave me a pillow for me to lie down with and explained about the pockets then offered my friend and I a coffee as she did the paper work and order all very good service and pleasant her name was Vickie thank you .
