The assistants were knowledgeable and always on hand to assist, however they were in no way intrusive or pushy. They allowed ua the time to browse the store and try out all different mattresses without lingering around us, making us uncomfortable. The staff were helpful, pleasant and informative.

Vickie was very pleasant gave us all the information we asked for, also made us coffee, Delivery of the mattress was also good keeping me informed of time they would be at our house, Alan and John were very pleasant and helpful.

Friendly and welcoming upon entering the store and attended to throughout our trying out beds to conclude in our purchase of a mattress with extra additions bought to enhance a good nights sleep without pressure to do so. Totally helpful which made this an enjoyable shopping experience. Thank you.

Our store assistant Dave was really friendly and informative. He looked at a range of bed mattress combinations to get us the best deal.

Nicolette was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We were greeted in a friendly manner and offered a drink several times. My daughter has a spinal condition and Nicolette helped us choose a suitable mattress. She went through the order with us in a clear way so that we understood and even sold us pillows and a duvet. We were looking for a firm double sized mattress. Visited the Bromborough store on Monday afternoon, and on arrival was greeted by Nicolette. She was friendly and knowledgeable on the the specific mattress we were after. Offered us tea and coffee. The store was well laid out and very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
