Dreams - Bromborough

I went into this store to just look for a mattress although I have bought a bed previously for my son in the past few months from them ( the delivery drivers were really considerate and managed to assemble the bed were I specifically wanted which was quite an awkward space.) Vicki the sales assistant asked us was it a mattress or a bed or both that we needed. She explained the colour codes and left us to it. she never at any time pestered us or followed us, although she was on hand when we had questions. I originally was going to buy a mattress but ended up buying a bed as well! This was due to the fact that I had mentioned a bed I had seen else where which was not in you show room, Vicki got a bed almost the same if not better on her screen and showed us one in store in a different colour. She explained everything in detail and asked us did we understand or have any other questions. She was very approachable and friendly and put us at ease having a giggle at my other halfs jokes!

I visited your Bromborough store today with my daughter to purchase a new bed for her. We were served by your sales assistant, Nicolette, whom I cannot praise enough for her helpfulness in making our choice. She was very kind to my daughter; letting her try all the various mattresses and explaining the pros and cons of each so we could find the best suited bed. She even made me a cup of coffee, which was very much appreciated! All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

David was extremely helpful who approached us as soon as we entered the store. David was highly knowledgeable and explained the mattress colour system well. We were dealt with efficiently and felt valued as customers. An excellent service.

Excellent service and knowledge of assistant. In fact that swayed us to choose your store rather than Benson for Beds which was next door.

When checking on delivery dates, a certain bedframe was selected (not the one we had elected to go for), then after processing the purchase of our chosen frame the delivery dates changed by about a month due to the availability of the frame we decided we wanted. This was not a major issue, and instead we resolved to choose the slightly cheaper frame with the earlier delivery date, making up the difference in cost with an additional item. The staff member was very apologetic and handled the issue very professionally so we were very happy.

Visited twice before making final decision. Paolo was very helpful and patient both times. Greeted us with a big smile and remembered us from the first visit understanding our needs very well. Unlike in others shops, there wasn't any pressure, all questions were answered and good advice given. We had a lovely cup of coffee as Paolo talked us through the order. We were offered a deal on pillows but declined and again no pressure given.

Dreams was an absolute dream to do business with!!!! Having recently battled cancer for the past year and getting the all clear a couple of weeks ago, my husband and I thought we deserved to get a brand new bed! After years of secondhand beds it was now our time - my husband called into the store at the croft retail park in bromborough on the Wirral and was met by a lovely sales assistant called Vickie - she made him a coffee and discussed his requirements - he was left to look round and she was on hand to answer the many questions he had and her knowledge was impeccable - I met my husband at the store and Vickie gave us ample opportunity to try out various mattresses pointing out the ones that would best suit our needs and bedding too - I never knew there was such a thing as springs in pillows!! Haha - so the overall shopping experience was really enjoyable and stress free shopping thanks to Vickie - we will definately recommend Dreams to everyone and anyone who will listen! So as we said at the beginning ....... it was a dream to shop at dreams!!

Assistant approached us quickly and offered his help. Good product knowledge and very polite.

The gentleman that dealt with us today was very helpfull and had a good knowledge of the product we were shopping for, my partner suffers from a back problem and the gentleman explained the different types of mttress available and how they support the body whilst you are asleep.
