The saleslady was very informative. recommended the best product for us. We still went elsewhere to look around and came back to Dreams ti buy the bed she suggested... we think it is better quality than the others.

Wow! We were pleasantly surprised. Vickie at your Bromborough store was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Our needs were listened to and great advice was given so that we ended up with exactly what we needed. The bed is so comfortable that we are sleeping better then we have in years. Your staff at Bromborough are a credit to your company. The range of mattresses is excellent and there is something for all budgets and needs. This is the second bed I've bought from Dreams this year and on both occasions your staff have been great. However, on the second occasion, your staff member was brilliant.

I was served by Victoria, who was very helpful and friendly. I explained what my needs were and she was able to tell me that the product I was examining was not suitable for the purpose I intend to use it for. She went to a lot of trouble to find exactly what I needed and to make sure that it would be delivered at a time which was convenient to me.
