The service we had in store was exceptional we was greeted as soon as we entered the shop and was given assistance straight away which was helpful as we knew initially which bed frame we wanted but i was unsure of the mattress i didn't want to spend an obscene amount of money on the mattress and frame. So I was shown the different types of mattresses; was informed about on each type needed a to be cared for and how each type was made. As I didn't want to spend lots of money on a mattress and I wanted a medium hard mattress I was informed of a ex display mattress. I was able to try out the mattress with a pillow given to me by the assistant after being really pleased with the price and comfort i decided to purchase the bed. However, when purchasing the items the only thing I was unsure about was the am/pm delivery which wasn't explained as well as it could of been as we could of gotten the free delivery. Although, I am pleased with the half price silent night pillows and the friendly staff and excellent customer service. I am looking forward to trying out the bed when it is delivered.

The very professional approach by the member of staff who assisted us with the purchase of a bed. She was very knowledgeable, and took no end of trouble explaining about different types of mattress, advantages of trying beds out before we purchased, and the individual preferences that people looked for. For example,I have Parkinson's and within a very short period of time she was showing me a couple of beds that were exactly what I was looking for. What was also nice was the fact that having given us the information we required, she stood back to let us discuss things about the individual beds concerned, but was also right there when we raised our heads to ask something else! i must have asked her the same questions over and over again about cost, delivery and other things that were important to me. She had facts and figures at her fingertips and never minded repeating anything. What was really lovely was that she gave the impression that if they were important to me, they were important to her. She remained totally involved throughout, but never once tried to 'push' a sale, or 'oversell'. She was committed, extremely helpful, and I wouldn't 'Dream' of going anywhere else!

We came in on Sunday morning with our two kids, we were welcomed. Despite kids lying on the beds ect, your team were friendly and didn't mind. We were approached by Rachel who was really nice and friendly, she gave us some advice and then left us alone so we could look around. When I came down stairs I talked to get for a bit, I liked the bed frame upstairs but different mattress, although a new bed is expensed I feel she got us the best deal available. I don't think she could have done her job any better, lovely to chat too, great knowledge of your product and Just generally very helpful with all aspects, from choosing product, delivery info and payment options.

Staff not overpowering but ready to help when needed.

I was assisted by Vickie. She was so polite & helpful she could not do enough to help. She knew everything about my needs so showed my various products to help me choose. Vickie was so helpful, I felt relaxed with her. There was no pressure to buy & she knew her job. a really helpful employee.

The store was very welcoming and the member of staff Rachel who served me was very knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble.

The sales person Victoria made it a very pleasant experience. Felt at ease trying out the mattresses and it was made clear to us the different options.

Rachel was highly attentive, very friendly, chatty and knowledgable about the product I purchased. She attended to me quickly which is what I wanted. very happy experience.
