we were greeted by your sales assistant as soon as we walked through the door asking if we needed any help choosing our bed ,her name was nicolette who asked if we wanted a drink and was very helpful with our purchase we also got some pillows .thanking her very much we will recomend dreams to our friends thank you

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Offered refreshments. No rush or pressure for sale.

All the staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. They answered questions thoroughly and we were left to view and try out a variety of mattress types without being pressured. We left with a quote and returned the following day to view our chosen bed. Returning the following evening to complete our purchase. At no time were we pushed into the sale and felt very comfortable with staff.

The staff were excellent and Rachael who served us at the brombrough store had lots of knowledge on the products available and with the needs we have (husbands disabled) made sure it was the right bed for us. She also gave us information on the type of mattress that would be best suited for us. We were also offered a nice hot drink and a seat whilst being seen to, Or just to gather our thoughts before purchasing. The staff at dreams were very socialable and did not feel pressured on first approach and were left to browse at our own leisure.

I took advantage of the sale which ended on my day of purchase to obtain items at 60% off recommended retail price. I tried unsuccessfully by computer at home the previous night so due to me living near to the Bromborough showroom I went over the next day and placed my order with Rachel on validation code 265. She was very helpful and shown excellent product knowledge, and together we succeeded in placing my order within 15 minutes.

Rachel was very helpful. explained product and various offers also delivery and collection of old mattress. Impressed that I wasn't bothered whilst looking around. I was asked and when explained I was only looking I was left alone. Made my mind up and approached assistant who happened to be Rachel. very helpful

I had a previous experience during which I was most dis-satified. The problem was not only with the Store but with the MLine company! I was more than disappointed. I went back realising that it was not the Store's problem having spoken to the head office at MLine. This time I was more than satisfied and bought a lovely new bed, having been well advised by the manager, Paolo, on my first visit back to view and by his lovely assistan,t Rachel on my final visit to purchase. I can hardly wait to receive my bed -- just wish it could get here quicker ! Thanks to all concerned. Rosemary Rebo

My husband and I have been searching for a new mattress for almost 8 months. We endured an awful mattress that was hurting our backs for so long because we had an awful experience in a different shop. We felt very overwhelmed and suffocated by the sales assistants. We bit the bullet and entered Dreams, there were sales assistants scattered over, we were welcomed and asked if we would like help but we didn't feel crowed by them (which we were happy with). we asked one person for a little bit of help and he was very happy to help then he let us go on our way to test the mattresses. We found one that we like and Sam was more than happy to help, she didn't try to sell us a more expensive mattress or sell anything else on top (which we have experienced). The process was very straight forward, we were in and out in flash. We've not yet received our mattress so I can't comment on that, but even if we were not satisfied I have full confidence that dreams will be able to sort our problem with minimal fuss. Overall, we have had a very good experience and would highly recommend Dreams to our friends and family. Thank you very much.
