I found the staff at The croft store in Bromborough, very helpful, 10 out of 10 for customer service, made my experience at this store extremely pleasant, I was even offered a bottle of water , very welcome as I'd left mine in the car.

Went in for a Doze mattress. It was in stock. Colleague was extremely helpful and efficient.

I had previously visitedthe store and the worker was very professional. He took time to make sure we were happywith the product. The only reason i didnt place the order was because i wanted sprung slats. However i did go back and buy my bed and matress because he was so helpful.

On entering the store in Bromborough Retail Park I was greeted by James. He was very friendly and professional. He asked me for my requirements (mattress) and then showed me a number of mattresses to suit my needs. He made notes of the prices - with reductions - and product names plus phone number of store. He advised me on the make-up of the products. He was not pushy or angling for a sale but seemed to care for the customer's needs. Very satisfied indeed.

I had no need to worry as Julie was brilliant !! I purchased my mattress and it was a breeze !! Excellent service in every way from Julie !!

Dave was knowledgeable approachable and friendly without being interfering or pushy. Just the right kind of sales technique. Range of beds was easy to see with colour coding to make it easy go to the ones we wanted to try.
