Victoria was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.

Sales person (Dave) was very helpful, did not apply any form of pressure sales tactics but was happy to help as much as I needed. Product knowledge was good and I was given clear advice on the product I was looking to purchase. The entire process was excellent, from start to finish. I was even offered a drink.

The staff were friendly and made us feel at home. We were given an excellent cup of tea at each visit. Our experience in whole process of purchasing the mattresses and headboard could not be improved on.

We were just looking for a guest single bed for spare room we wanted quality @ a reasonable price our assistant was most helpful & very friendly .We decided to go for a coffee check out 2 other stores on the trading estate selling beds before m as king our purchase .Deciding without hesitation to go back to Dreams finding the assistant whom we saw earlier to go head and make our purchase .

The parking was excellent i was able to park outside the shop, once in the shop the assistant came over to help but was not pushy in any way i told her what i was looking for and got a couple of options, the mattress i purchased was on half price with free delivery whats not to love i will definitely be recommending Dreams to my family and friends.

Nicolette who served us was very knowledgeable and was able to assist us to effectively pick the right mattress for us. The whole experience was a smooth process, excellent customer service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The manager was very polite and more than happy to explain all my options and help me placing the order.
