Found the staff to be very cordial and nothing was to much trouble, all our questions were answered to our complete satisfaction, so found our whole experience very satisfying.

Dave was very helpful. He approached me when I needed some help and showed me right away to the mattress I was looking for. I explained I wanted to use the interest free credit option and he took me to the service desk and, after offering me a drink, he went through the process. This was easier and quicker than I anticipated. He also told me about the offers on bedding etc. I left the store very satisfied and would certainly return as I will be buying two more mattresses in the near future.

Staff were great, listened to what I needed and sorted it straight away,no trying to sell me something I didn't need.

Assistants not in your face but there when needed unlike the store next door where we walked out of due to persistent sales people.

Nicolette was very helpful and guided us in the right direction for the bed we needed

I was highly satisfied with the help I received from Rachel. I explained my budget what I was looking for and Rachel done the rest. She was very friendly and helpful and helped me decide which one was right for me. She listened to what I wanted and gave me help and advice on payments and delivery and made it a very easy purchase. Rachel is a credit to Dreams and one of the reason why I would definitely come back again!

Friendly knowledgeable service

The product we previously wanted has been replaced, and the staff member showed his knowledge of the products to point out the replacement. He was not pushy and let us make our own mind up.
