We got greeted once we had a look around and got use to a few of the beds which I liked, they didn’t jump down your throats straight away like some pleases. We got offered tea and coffee, and she even brought out a drink for my 4 year old son which we didn’t even ask for. Which I thought was lovely. We got given our pillow to walk round with to test the beds which made the experience very pleasant indeed.

Rachel the assistant was very helpful and tried to get the best deal possible for me.

Relaxed,pleasant experience. Rachel was very professional without being overpowering.
