David who served us today was very friendly went round the shop showing us different mattresses and furniture, very knowledgeable about the different products. When we had decided what products we wanted as we sat down was offered a drink and the staff were very friendly and happy.

We found the products on offer to be nicer than other stores we had visited. The sales assistant Rachel approached us whilst we were browsing and was very informative and friendly. We had a lovely cup of tea while she explained everything from choosing fabrics to delivery options. Very happy with our purchase and looking forward to receiving it in a few weeks.

Lovely staff very helpful

From the moment we entered the store we where really well looked after by nicolette who asked if we knew what we where after, we where offered a drink and she took the time to explain the various types of beds design's and her knowledge was impeccable.from start to finish such friendly staff and atmosphere. One very happy customer!

We were looking for a new mattress and bed since a long time. My partner have some issues with his shoulders while sleeping. The store manager Paolo understood straight away the problem and found us the right mattress to solve my partner's problem ! We are absolutely happy with our purchase. And all the advises from Paolo were just perfect for our needs. Great service !
