Every attempt to assist in our purchase was made by the friendly assistants in the store, without overwhelming us with their presence. We did not feel under pressure at all , and had come along with certain specifications/budget in mind.

When we entered the store we were approached by Rachel, she could not have been more helpful and left us alone to decide, only coming over when we asked to advise us on the quality of the mattresses. We where offered drinks and use of pillows to try out the beds. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Lady/sales person really got a connection with. She wasnt a 'pushy'sales person(as i cant bear that) she let us brosw and teat the beds in our own time. Great product knowledge.

Called into your store in Bromborough to compare price and range, as I had just spent time in the store next door to yours. What a difference, staff attentive but not over bearing, great customer needs aware and product knowledge interlinked to great effect. Called in to compare price, was spoken to by Dave, a credit to the Company. Listened, understood and guided me, so well I bought and left elated. What a good experience, I forgot to go back to the store next door and cancel my quote. They never contacted me, guess they are too busy? Thank you for the delightful experience, hope it continues when the goods arrive?

Very friendly staff allowed us to browse for as long as we wanted, before we placed our order. Then processed the order quickly and also gave us all the information we required such as delivery dates and the finance side of things.
