All staff were very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Trying mattresses can be embarrassing and we were made to feel very comfortable.

On visiting the store in bromborough I was met by a lovely lady named Rachel who saw to my every need and completed the purchase of a mattress to suit my needs, I'm just sorry it will take three weeks for delivery. P scarbrough

Very direct and straight to the point, very down to earth staff and they made it seem less daunting spending so much money on a bed due to their excellent description of payment methods.

was greeted by Paolo, he was very helpful, informative and friendly, with out being pushy or arrogant in any way. he showed us plenty of options, plenty of different price points, and advised and directed when needed. a very good all round experience. great customer service, so far. ( not received the good s yet) lets hope the rest of the company doesn't let the front line down.
