Helpful staff and a good sale resulted in a good purchase.

Very friendly staff - a woman ( cant remember her name) helped us from start to finish - cup of tea as well! NOt pushy/ but enough guidance and gave appropriate advice for our requirements (bed for son)

Great, friendly service

The assistant went out of her way to help my father who finds walking very difficult. She also made him a cup of tea while he placed his order. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

Your member of staff was very helpful ,knew his products ,was not over powering gave us the choice explained all the beds on display ,and is a credit to your company .

The Products are good quality. We were not pressured into anything and feel we made our own choices. The sales assistant gave us all the help we needed , at the right times, and left us alone to make our own decisions when trying out different mattresses. We are happy with the price we got for such a good product. The store has a good feel about it. The whole process of choosing and buying a bedframe and mattress ran very smoothly.

Nicolette was a very knowledgeable and friendly assistant without being pushy or bullying. She left me to look for other quotes at other bed stores and because of her help & putting together a good deal earlier I returned to take up the Dreams offer she had suggested. Altogether a very pleasant experience buying my beds at Dreams, Bromborough.

Buying a bed is very important to me my old nan used to say you only need two things in life a good bed and a good pair of shoes because if your not in one your in the other. The staff we’re excellent , new every thing about the product they were selling , which made easier for me when I told them my needs pointed me in the right direction, not only that walked in stressed out after looking at hundreds of other beds , left dreams with a better idea of what I wanted , so impressed with the staff and product went back the following day and ordered my dream bed thankyou so much especially to paolo and Nicolette you were fantastic definitely returning to dreams for my next bed
