The assistant we had was so kind and took an interest in what we wanted.

The lady who looked after me and her colleague were absolutely lovely, I’d just popped in from next door (bensons, where I’d already chosen a wardrobe set, just to be sure) and as they were so lovely and I loved the walk in wardrobe effect and the fact it was free construction I decided to purchase from yourselves. The customer services girls were simply brilliant with me, thank you! X

The assistant Nicolette was a 'dream' to work with. She showed us everything and more around the deal we were after. She was so friendly but all the time very professional. Nicolette was obviously very knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses and made some suggestions apart from what we had gone in for. Nicolette is an asset to the store.

Welcomed straight away but not pressured. The assistant asked what I was looking for and directed me straight to what I was looking for. Comparisons were made with other beds. I was dealt with professionally, efficiently and friendly.

Vickie who served me was very good she answered all my questions and was very helpful. She was nor pushy and left me to make my decision whilst still being available if needed to ask anything. The cups of tea were an added bonus.

The sales rep, Paulo, was very helpful and friendly and his knowledge of the products was ace.

Patience and product knowledge of salesmen very good.No undue pressure to buy applied.

I visited your Bomborough store and was served by Bradley who is very polite, helpful and efficient. He has excellent product knowledge and is a credit to your store.

The store in Bromborough was very clean and warm and after my Husband and I wandered around for a most comfortable length of time we were approached by your Gentleman Assistant by the name of Bradley who asked if he could assist us. We selected our requirements which were pillows and he then asked if we would like a cup of tea or coffee. As it was a bitterly cold day we accepted and was brought two most welcome drinks. Whilst chatting with your Staff member we went on to talk about thinking we should be purchasing a new mattress so took the opportunity and went around all your mattresses on display. Bradley was very patient explaining about each one as we lay on and tried out. After some time we decided to purchase and are now looking forward to delivery on 28th February.

First time buying a bed for our new home, staff very welcoming Dave helped us explaining all we need to know regarding mattresses and the frames. Got all what we needed very quick transaction as my boyfriend was in work so had to get back. Thank you so much.
