The beds were placed in categories making it easier to search and try them out for comfort. Staff particularly Victoria and Paulo were knowledgeable and very helpful allowing plenty of time to try beds and make a decision. A very pleasant shopping experience.

Nicolette at your Bromborough store looked after me as soon as I arrived at the store. I was unsure of the different quality of all the mattresses, Nicolette talked me through the different types. I was offered a coffee we sat down and I placed a order for 4 beds 4 mattresses and all the duvets , pillows and covers . The delivery date was flexible which suited me fine. All good will defiantly be shopping there again in the near future Many Thanks Sue Smith

Staff were friendly professional and provided alternatives. We had originally liked sana ottoman bed but on visiting the store we changed our mind. Your representative provided alternative ottoman bed suggestions without any pressure to purchase.. as a result we are eagerly awaiting our new ottoman bed frame and mattress with free bedding pack

Dave and his colleague were really friendly and not pushy. I was with my parents who are both disabled and they treated them with so much respect. All of us had coffee...this is a day out for them, while I could get my new bed 👌😊. Mum wants a new mattress,so she was able to go and have a good look at what was available while dad (who has Dementia and is in a wheelchair) and I were talking to Dave and his colleague and having a good laugh xx. The process of finance took a while to complete, but I felt so comfortable and not rushed in any way, even bought a few extras for the bed too at discounted prices 😊. I came in a few months before and spoke to a female colleague, and the experience was very similar...so relaxed and welcoming...I nearly fell asleep on the bed I purchased today, when I came in last to see her. I lay on the bed for easy half an hour...so relaxed I forgot I left my handbag 2 beds away 😂 All was good though. I have fibromyalgia, so I have been dreaming of this bed since before Christmas. I just had to scale down from the adjustable version due to cost and settle for the cheaper base. Both experiences with the staff have been outstanding.
