Dreams - Bromborough

The item i had originally gone in for was superceeded by other items that I preferred more and bought.

Found it to be a pleasurable experience, Simon was very helpful and friendly. He was very covid aware and also offered us bottled water as it was a very hot day.

Salesman didn't approach us until we asked him for assistance which is excellent as I do not like being pounced on , if that happens I normally go somewhere else, he explained the mattress and invited us to test it after fetching some pillows. He then left us to try the mattress and discuss between ourselves he then sat at his desk and waited for our decision to purchase. The transaction was faultless and quick, we where offered a bottle of water whilst we did this, the delivery date was sorted and we where done. Overall we where probably in the store 30mins and completed a no pressure purchase. We will definitely be returning to dreams in bromborough, apologies as I can't remember the name of our excellent salesman.
