The store assistant fully listened to my requirements and understood exactly my needs. He immediately led me to my perfect mattress. I was shown and allowed to try alternative products but eventually bought the first item shown.

Bradley was friendly and listened to our needs, he took time to show us various beds that fit our requirements and showed us the perfect bed. He then took round and showed us the various mattress using his knowledge to find the perfect fit for two very different customers and needs. The process was seamless and Bradley and Abdi worked together really well processing our order. They are asset to Dreams. One of the best customer service we have received in a long time

Abdi the sales assistant proved very knowledgeable and helpful but also allow us time to review options without feeling he was being pushy etc He was just how sales team should be.

Steph who assisted me, was lovely. Very helpful and knew my needs for my son's bed almost instinctively. Very helpful and supportive during a difficult time as my purchase is due to me having to move out due to relationship breakdown.

The 2 staff on duty couldn’t have been more helpful, even serving us tea and coffee whilst we decided on our purchase. The only quibble we would have was understanding what the label prices included but this was explained to us.
