We were highly satisfied because the Abdi the advisor that greeted us was extremely helpful during our visit to dreams he was very knowledgeable and polite a great help finding what we wanted . Abdi made us feel at ease he offered us refreshments and gave us plenty of time and information about the products when making are purchases unlike some sales advisers I have encountered in other store's.

Abdi the assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also gave us time to view products and choose the one suitable for our needs.

Upon our visit to the bromborough store on Sunday we were greeted by a very helpful gentleman who assisted us with understanding what bed we required and met all of our requirements and gave us a very quick delivery date, we didn’t leave the store Un-satisfied. Would highly recommend to friends and family

One thing I cannot abide is being followed round a store by a salesman. At Dreams, after an initial introduction and explanation of how the store was laid out, we were left alone to browse and try out the many different beds. Dave, the sales assistant was readily availble to answer our many queries and was very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to reccommend.
