I was really impressed that when I walked into the brom store I was greeted with a smile and left to browse which is brilliant as I hate being pushed into buying stuff. When I needed help there was a lovely man who helped use pick the perfect mattress for my little boy total impressed with this store

On our visit to the Bromborough store the member of staff called Aaron was very helpful allowing us time to make our choice of bed, he even stayed behind after closing to complete the sale. We highly recommend the services at this store and very greatfulto the service provided by Aaron.

The range of products and the knowledge of the demonstrator. I was lucky to get the assistant manager who was very warm and offered me a cuppa. Nice touch. The beds where not compared to compatition but showed on own merits. Explained the pockets and springs. This is good as just knocking the opposition is not an endorcement. Done a great deal beyond the sale price. I got two beds so, good for shop and me I think :)

Staff very friendly and helpful, they new the products greeted us as we walked through door offered us tea and coffee it felt very relaxed atmosphere, not our first purchase at this store. We where impressed previously hence why we went back. Thanks to Steph and the store manager very helpful
