Dreams - Bromborough

Lindsay who served us was very helpful. She directed me to the type os mattress I was looking for. It was easy to make a decision. I left the store to think things over back at home. After a few days and after visiting another company I went back to Dreams and placed my order and again Lindsay served me.

Shop was inviting and staff helped when we needed help and were very helpful and knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us very pleased.

Lyndsey and Simon. I think his name was Simon where super friendly extremely helpful and considerate to the fact we have a small baby that needed feeding on our visit. They were so nice and we felt totally confident in what they were telling us. Lyndsey was in our first visit in store and popped us on the bed stimulater or what ever it was called to help us find the right bed. Simon was on our second visit. Super nice staff.

Upon on entering we were greeted and given time to have a look on our own. We were then approached by Adam who helped find me a mattress that was suited for me. He didn’t rush or push me into a decision. He had excellent knowledge on products and efficient with his service. I managed to find the perfect mattress, arranged delivery and removal of my old mattress. Great service provided by Adam.

Simon was very friendly and informative without being pushy, He gave us time to think about our purchase arranging a telephone call 24hrs later.

Excellent advice and happy to contact me when there was a reduction in price.

Assistant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful whilst giving us the chance to make our own decision.

We were in and out quickly. Lindsey was very personable and helpful with a good sense of humour, and didn't waste time on stuff we weren't interested in
