Great customer service. Wasn’t really sure I was ready to buy, but great sales person and great deal reached. Satisfied customer.

Excellent customer service, great deal on my new bed. I went out with the aim of looking at prices, but was completely won over.

Previous mattress is no longer available but staff very helpful to find 2 equally equivalent options.

The staff did everything from start to finish and it was the best service I have received from a store in a very long time. I dealt with a lady and the store manager and they made my experience so easy. I bought my new bed from the store in Bromborough so I would appreciate it if you are able to thank them again for their assistance.

the Salesman was very knowledgeable and happy to help. he was also ok with our 2.5 year old testing beds with us. we had been to Benson's but the sales person there was pushy and not keen on our son testing the bed with us. it was much more relaxed and customer friendly at dreams, even an area for children to draw! the loo was also clean and tidy! many thanks

The staff were attentive ,but not over bearing .They were very helpful and polite ,we were offered drinks .Also I had come from my horses so I wasn't in the best shopping attire ,which didn't faze the staff at all .Bradley was quick to come up with suggestions ,and I left with my purchase ,which he carried to my car
