I could not fault David at all , he was extremely helpful in every way. He ensured me that even if I got my mattress and was not happy with it , I could return it after 30 day, I think this is AMAZING!! By doing the following it also shows how much you as a company care for your customers and this is why I purchased a bed from dreams. I felt that from the minute I walked into the store I was looked after and my interest was the only thing David was interested in, he made sure that I was educated on all the different types of mattresses that you had on display, this was so I could make a choice on what one was better for me. This will not be the last time I visit dreams!

The member of staff was very helpful and knowledgable. Unlike other stores we did not feel under pressure at all.

Assistant listened and was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. We were able to find what we needed and able to take the mattress away with us.

We found the assistant very helpful without being pushy. After explaining the colour coding (which we found very useful) she left us to discuss and try out the various mattresses. So we didn't feel under any pressure.

We were served by Aaron who was really helpful and found us a the perfect bed based on us as a couple wanting two different things! Although the store had problems with the card machines Aaron said he could sort something out to ensure we got that days discounts. Luckily the machine was working again by the time we came to payment
