We have been putting off buying a new mattress for sometime, spared on buy your TV adverts and parking right next to one of your shops decided to take the plunge. Our sales person Dave was very helpful and found us a suitable mattress within our price range obviously helped with the sales discount available.

It was good to shop in a calm atmosphere where the assistant was not overpowering.

We were greeted by a member of staff soon after arriving at the store. We were given advice on the differences between the types of mattresses etc. Your staff member suggested a mattress that was within our budget and better than the original item we were looking at (the mattress was on sale). Your member of staff discussed delivery detail (eg dates, logistics etc) and finance options etc. We were able to complete our purchase in no time at all and were very happy with the items we'll shortly be receiving.

Quick and expert service and process was pain free and easy quality products presented well and sold in a trustworthy and honest way, staff had great product knowledge

I found that Dave at the Bromborough Dreams store to be very knowledgeable about the products and he took the time to listen to our needs and make recommendations, like what pillows to go for and mattress protector which we also purchased with the guarantee, he also offered us drinks and went above and beyond to give us the best service and price for the bed and mattress we have ordered and we look forward to receiving our new bed.
