The assistants were very helpful and offered sound advice on the products and gave us helpful information on the delivery schedule

The store (Bromborough) was well laid out and easy to see the range of products. The assistant, Stephanie. was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We were given the opportunity to try out several mattresses and found exactly what we were looking for. I would have no hesitation buying from Dreams again and have already recommended to a couple of friends.

We were greeted and directed to what we want to look at. The young chap then gave us space to look, talk and consider the options. We felt no pressure

We had great customer service from Bradley your store assistant, who was very friendly and helpful. Bradley was very Knowledgeable on products you provide. There was no pressure or pushiness which is what we liked.

It was mainly due to the sales person Stephanie - Her knowledge, personality and not overly selling the product made the purchase a delight. Even made us a hot drink and biscuit whilst ensuring we had options to products that would be suitable for our needs.

The girl asked if we needed help . Handy she was there when needed. Not pushy

I bought my old bed off you and so as I was so happy with the bed over the 10 years maybe more 🤗 so I wanted to stay with you due to good service and good products so I stayed with you as I trust your goods and service 🥰🥰🥰
