Salesperson very helpful and available if needed but not intrusive. Products very well laid out, perhaps the colour coding a little confusing. Salesperson very knowledgeable about the products, and helpful satisfying our needs. Very good at his job without being pushy.

Aaron was amazing he explained everything i needed to know, he was so polite and helpful. I dislike shopping but Aaron made my shopping experience enjoyable, he even made me a nice cuppa. He was very friendly but wasnt pushy at all

Aaron served me. It was the 2nd time i had visited and dealt with Aaron. He was very helpful and answeted any questions i had. He also allowed me to go away and think about it. This is what made me go back to dreams. Other bed shops i visited were very pushy and tried to make me place an order. This put me off ordering anywhere else.

The young sales man Aron was very helpful his salesmanship was just at the right level therefore we bought a bed and a slightly more expensive mattress . I do hope the young man will be fed this feedback if I have given the time to complete this

Friendly knowledgeable staff very helpful

The gentleman (Dave – Bromborough) who assisted us provided excellent product knowledge and gave us options to suit our budget. When we decided on a bed and mattress for our requirements we had a problem with delivery as we needed the bed within about 10 days and the original choice was not available from the factory for about 4 weeks. Dave made several attempts to bring this forward to no avail. His option to get us within our timescale was a different choice of mattress which was in stock. This has been ordered and we await delivery. Many thanks Dave.

We placed order for a super king size bed and realised later on it was a king size only we needed,Went back to the store in Bromborough and again the assistant who helped us yesterday changed the order for us.Through out the original purchase and the new one the assistant Stephanie was very helpful,pleasant and more than willing to help us with anything we asked.Both herself and other colleges in store are always helpful and make visit worthwhile.

Our server Stephanie was friendly and non-pushy, taking the time to understand our need and preferences, then taking us straight to her recommended products, keeping us informed at all times. She listened carefully to our feedback on each mattress we tried and adjusted her recommendations accordingly. We are extremely happy with our choice of bed and the pleasant experience during our visit, the coffee provided to us while we browsed and finalised our purchase was a bonus.
