We received a very professional service and this helped us to make the right choice of bed and frame.

Aaron was very knowledgeable about all the products in the store and after using the mattress finder was able to show us products that would meet our needs. When we suggested that some of the suggestions were not quite as comfy as we would like he used his experience to find us the perfect mattress for us. He was also able to show us a range of divan bases, headboards and different style of pillows that we could have, and helped guide us to the best ones for us. Once we were happy with our selection, he offered us a drink whilst he made the order, and processed the finance for us. His knowledge of the finance terms were very good, and he was able to explain and help us decide the best terms for our budget. He was very friendly and we had a good rapport with him.

We were allowed to browse products without being pestered by the sales people. When we had decided what we liked we asked for help and information. This was readily given in a professional and knowledgeable manner. There was no pressure to buy only good advice and time to think and try. The mattress computer really aided our decision on which one to buy. Overall it was a really pleasant experience having persuaded my husband to consider a new bed, we actually came away having ordered and organised delivery - result! Bradley at the dreams store in Bromborough is a very good ambassador for Dreams and we would recommend to friends and family if they were considering a new bed.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The experience of using the dreams computer system to tell us which mattress would be best for us was really great and provided peace of mind that we were purchasing the correct item for us. Overall, just a really great shopping experience.

Steph - very good, polite, not pushy which we liked.

We were lookingfor a Tempura matters we had no idea which one was best for us.Dave has kindly explained the difference between them and has manage to make us feel at ease. He has given us the time to try the mattress without feeling pressure to buy and at the same time he made himself available for any questions we had.

We went to the Bromborough shop on the Wirral and Steph was amazing went through everything with us . We need a adjustable bed for my husband and she explained everything with us . Brilliant service

I was given so much time & attention by the Assistant Manageress, Steph. I had no idea what type of mattress I needed-she asked me my requirements & put me on a mattress assessor thingymajig which was marvellous fun! Steph gave me so much information about the relevant mattresses, incredibly knowledgeable about the products, & answered all my questions easily & with clarity. The lovely coffee was also a pleasant surprise! I had intended to visit a number of mattress suppliers that day, as it was, thanks to the excellent Customer Care received from Steph, I bought my mattress there & then.

We were approached pretty quickly once in the store which was helpful as not wanting to spend hours in the store. We told the assistant Stephanie what we wanted,her product knowledge was great she was very helpful and accomodating. On returning to the store a day or two later Stephanie had just left but Dave put our order through . Overall a very pleasant experience in store staff were great.
