The customer service was very good, we were no pressurised into buying any one item, the assistant Steph. was very helpful and spent quite a long time helping find the most suitable mattress for my needs. excellent service.

I visited dreams first and spoke to a guy called Bradley who deserves a pay rise he was so friendly not pushy but approached us in a way to make us feel like he was there to help but not pushing us he sat down with us talked to us about our needs took us to different mattresses sometimes the same1 3-4 times but didn’t make us feel like we was wasting his time. We got a quote from him which was high but the price isn’t his fault.So we went to the shop next door benson for beds where we spoke to the women there who was the complete opposite I felt like I was wasting her time anyway the quote she gave was nearly 600 cheaper but because of Bradley I wanted to give him my buissness so we went back to see him and explained how we felt and he and the store manager who’s name I can not remember but it was a lovely women tried to get the price down for us to which they did but still £400 higher but because of the time and effort and pure respect he gave to us we decided to just pay the extra hopping he gets some kind of commission as I’m not sure how your shop works like that. Thanks to Bradley your shop earned nearly £3000 and benson for beds lost out having rude staff.

The staff was really friendly,i find what i was looking for in minutes,the purchase was quick as well. I was very pleased with shop.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We were shown the product we were interested in and an order was placed very efficiently. I had to ring the store a couple of days later to change my delivery date and this was dealt with efficiently also.

The assistant 'Adam' in the Bromborough store was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs, he also helped in keeping our 5yr old son entertained which allowed us to to focus on making the right choice. Delivery is very quick and the in-store manager provided us with discount against the pillows we purchased. Overall great customer service.

It was all down to Aaron I was prepared to pay 700 pounds total but because of his knowledge , ,time and carefulness of my needs I made a purchase over double of this amount Inwas not pressured just given plenty of care and information from him.
