Very friendly, informative but without the forceful sales approach, gave us time to look and decide

Help & assistance was friendly & professional. We were given good advice about each mattress we tried, the sales man was very knowledgeable without being pushy.

Julie who looked after us was excellent,helped us find the correct mattress for us she was patient and explained everthing well

Excellent service

The staff were excellent, they allowed us plenty of time to browse without being overly pushy, and when we had decided to purchase they were very efficient at getting our order placed and the finance package explained and put in place

We were greeted by a young lady named lyndsay who couldn't do enough to help, she showed a bed which was able to determine what mattress would suit us best which really helped,

Excellent customer service. Assistant Simon was there all the way from choosing to actually buying the mattress. Much appreciated help, without Simon we would probably end up with bad mattress again.

The overall feel of the Bromborough store. The staff were FANTASTIC! Especially Lindsey. This is why we spent just short of 4k.
