We visited your store and we got a friendly welcome by a staff member called callum. He was well presented and he offered us hand sanitizer . We told him the problems we were having with our mattress and so he offered us the machine which helps us see the perfect mattress for us. It was great to find out what kind of mattress we will need. He talked us through the procedure of the machine which we found very helpful. When the machine had finished he then showed us pillows which was suitbale for us. Then he kindly showed us to the mattress which was suitbale for us and he let us try the mattress out to see if we would like the comfort of it. He explained the insurance to us which was very helpful. As we sat down he offered us a bottle of water which was very kind. And then we finalised our purchase. we would highly recommend this store and company to our friends and family as they would be treated with such respect. We first went to Dreams on the 18/08/2020 and were instantly greeted by Callum, who provided us with fantastic expertise and knowledge in regards to different beds and mattresses. As I was after a Tempur mattress, he showed me a large range of different ones. Despite not purchasing on the day, he made sure we knew everything we wanted to know before leaving. On the 20/08/2020, we returned to the store and were greeted by Callum again (asking for us to please sanitise hands before walking around the store). He remembered our names and faces and was on-call when we needed him. As the new Tempur offer was not out on display yet, he made sure to inform us of it, which helped make the decision to purchase from Dreams (in total saved us around £300). Once I had decided between three different Tempur mattresses, he helped me narrow it down to two based on my height and weight. His product knowledge was second to none and gave me the time and space to try out the mattresses multiple times. I hope good things happen for Callum, as he seems like a genuinely nice guy and knows a lot about the products he is selling. 10/10 would come back again.
