The gentleman who helped me, Callum, was extremely helpful and friendly. I could not have asked for better help, Callum took me over to machine to see what mattress was best for me and proceeded to show me various options. Other members of staff (whose names i did not catch) were also extremely helpful and very friendly. 10/10

The member of staff achieved the difficult compromise of being available when needed but without being pushy or constantly "there". He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

There was no pressure or overly eager sales assistant trying to sell a product for to boost their commission. The sales assistant was very professional, knowledgeable and and very patient during visit to the Dreams. I did not feel pressure to buy instantly. I was given time to make my own decision.
