We were provided with an excellent, professiobsl and personalised service. The assistant manager, Stuart at the Watford branch was very knowledgeable, professional and provided my wife and I plenty of opportunity to ask for information that we required to make an informed decision. The sleep match was a fantastic tool to determine what mattress was suitable. Having back problems wirh both my wife and I, it was important that we invested in a mattress that would help us alleviate this issue. Stuart was very thorough and spent time talking through all the options. We were very happy and satisfied with the visit and the transaction overall. Highly recommended - must ask for Stuart if you go to the Watford store for a guaranteed 5 star service.
