Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Highly satisfied with every aspect of my visit to dreams . The salesman was extremely helpful without being over powering. There was plenty of choice of mattresses and I was given plenty of time to choose . I was given coffee during my visit, my husband is disabled and he was shown every courtesy. I will definitely choose dreams again when I next need a new mattress

The balance between being helped to understand, try and view was a great balance. We never felt under pressure to make decisions and our needs/preferences were very much at the centre of our experience. Great job.

Start to end friendly and quick service

Joanna from Dreams Watford was very helpful and very understanding with our needs. She offered us alternative options and very knowledgable with her work. Always kept a smiling face and very professional.

We were met at the entrance and asked by a staff member what we were looking fir today in store when we said a new matress we were shown were the new bed machine was and the manager came over and explained everything very well and then told us to lay on the bed and let the machine do its work.After this he explained what sort of matress we required and Jennifer an asssiatnt showed us three different types and explained what type they were we were not rushed at any time and treated very nicely at all times the service by the staff was exceptional.
