The store was short staffed and had another customer put in front of me after I told him hold on while I run to car for the money on my very quick return he was with another customer 15 mins or so then sat down to proceed there order while mine was waiting just to go through on screen about 15 mins of him sitting down doing another order another college turned up and be told Martin to carry on his order was not impressed as had a teething screaming 1 year old in the car with my disabled mum who can't do much

On arrival we was greeted by a gentleman Sat down and he was then with other customers got up and left us and another advisor had to come over Very bad customer service skills

Had popped in a couple of days previously and seen Caroline who was helpful. Did not find the other assistant quite as helpful on return.

Had to go back to the store to collect pillows as salesperson forgot to give them to me (I assumed they would be delivered with the mattress I had ordered). Then when I got hone and read the info I found that I should have been given a green bag - this had also been forgotten - maybe the salesperson was having a bad day?! However he was very friendly and helpful

We were very surprised when product ( Houston Sofa Bed ) was delivered as it came in three parcels for self assembley. we were not aware that this was the case. myself and my son assembled the sofa bed and we are both disabled and my wife as well. The instructions said it should take two people 1 hour to assemble, because of our disabiloities it took nearly three hours. when assembled it did not look right so we went back to the store to examine show one and sure enough we had the base the wrong way round as the instrutions were not explicit enough. We spoke to the colleages instore and they were not aware that this product was self assembly

The assistant did not have great product knowledge and had to continually go downstairs to converse with other colleagues to confirm certain aspects. When placing the order, the flexibility of payment plans is not in line with other stores (no option to pay more per month when using the finance option). When it came to actually paying, the colleagues lost interest and were distracted by other new customers who had entered the store. Luckily we checked the order before it being placed and noticed there was an error. We wanted additional clothes rails within the wardrobe and were only told last minute there wasn’t an option to add these, when we asked why, we were just told it was blocked on the system.
