I tried to have a dialogue with the store manager requesting for consideration for discount as I was pushing myself to buy the bed and the mattress at the same time but I was treated rudely. I was told I am haggling where I was only requesting a consideration. Dreams was compared to Tescos and I was told would I ask for discount if I go to shop at Tescos.

the mattress price were £319 after discount and suddenly the other person came and said the price is not sure yet and we cannot do this discounted price as we got a call from head office and not sure the price drop will carried out for this specific mattress and feel like we are mislead.

THE CANCELLATION POLICY WAS NOT EXPLAINED AS WE STIL HAD TO MEASURE HEIGHT FOR HEADBOARD

I was given a price for the bed but there was no mention of an installation fee. I asked if it was the total price and was told yes. I returned the following day to order The staff member tried to discount by 5% but it wasn't enough. I felt that the price given to me should have included everything. I have not paid for installation and we will have to build it ourselves

The shop was very busy and all the staff were taking orders so there wasn't anyone on the shop floor. When we placed our order there was already a queue. When we did speak to a member of staff earlier in the day they didn't seem to have much knowledge of the products.

Basically disappointed at having to wait 3 weeks for availability of the product. I offered to collect from Wycombe warehouse but told none in stock.

I was able to order what I wanted, pay the £350 deposit and set up the DD but when it came to delivery I have to wait 3 weeks and get in touch with customer services to arrange the delivery of the ottoman because the store didn't even have it. Happy to take my money but make me chase after part of my order plus wait for 3 weeks for something I'm already paying for... not good business or customer service

at the entrance you advertised an extra 10% on top of prices advertised BUT staff did not apply to my order nor did they mention it. I only noticed when I was leaving the store. As I was getting late for my appointment I did not raise this issue on the day. Would like a clarification on this matter. Thanks

I could not buy the bed with the offer quoted over the phone unless I had a 'home' phone line - as I'm moving house this wouldn't be available until the quote had expired. Not only this, I had to make a 3hr round trip to come in to store to pay for the bed - due to this - which was extremely inconvenient. We are living in the 21st century where the youth of today no longer use home phones, Dreams need to realise this.

I knew what I wanted to buy (headboard) the ordering was fine, delivery time was explained as you will recieve contact before delivery which is made within a 2 hour slot. I'd have preferred to know if it'll be AM or PM. Delivery was fine, the guys delivering were good. I asked if them headboard has the bolt fittings as unfortunately I didn't have any. They said no but if you go to a branch, they'll probably give them to you. So I dully went at 6pm. There were 4 people sitting around twiddling their thumbs, one clearly looked like a manager, on asking if they sold this item one answered no, it should be with your bed, I asked where I could buy one,, he said try B&Q, I said I was surprised they didn't have these so another said may be try the head office but the other one said probably only if you purchased the bed from us. The manager failed to get involved or comment. Where was the customer service for a very basic item worth only a few pennies? Not impressed with the branch manager or other staff. All could do with retraining and possibly keeping a draw full of headboard fixings to help a customer who had bought the headboard already. eBay next step cost 99p for 2
