I felt there were hidden costs! This included delivery charges and a further charge for assembly. I feel these should be included on the price display.

Being charged for delivery seems ludicrous, when there is no other way of getting such large items. should be included in the cost. Assistant did not explain that assembly was not included - also quite ridiculous. I had to call delivery team back in order to assemble the bed

It is probably because I am a perfectionist so there will always be something that is not perfectly to my liking. One point specifically - it would have been helpful if we could have all the items that are available in the store also available on the website for online orders. Another is that it would be good to have an option to choose to pick up smaller items or accessories from a store rather than paying £39 delivery charges (for e.g. extra shelf for wardrobe which costs £12).
