Very relaxed. Not pounced on as soon as entering the store. Salesman was helpful.

firstly, the first assistant we approached knew very little about the beds. he seemed like a young man on work experience! he had to go and ask another colleague about a basic question on number for pocket springs! secondly, very few of the beds are available in all the various mixes. e.g for silent night- you can get a spring/memory foam mattress with a memory layer 'on top' in medium, but you can't get it in firm. similarly you can get the same company's spring mattress with memory foam 'built in' in firm but not in medium. disappointing

I was not happy with the £39 delivery charge.

I would suggest that visiting a store to check out the product, once satisfied with your choice. Then go home and order the product on line this will save you a delivery charge, something the store will not inform the customer. There is a delivery charge of £39 if bought in store, but you get free delivery on line

the pricing on the product was misleading. There was a red label saying 20% off, leading me to believe it was 20% off the matress, when it was the bed altogether. I was disappointed that this discount did not apply to the mattress when I came out specifically looking for a sales item on Boxing Day sales.

The cost of beds was abit high

When placing the order, it took quite a lot of time to go through the process. The sales manager may not have been that familiar with the process so it took him longer than expected to use the systems. Not a massive issue but would have been better if it was a quicker process

In simple terms 'just another store'. No disrespect meant, just an objective observation. Given that view, I felt the 'satisfied' term was an accurate description. Service was fine - nothing to set you apart though in service, choice, quality or price. But don't be too dispondent - satisfied means you are all doing your job, but to be considered for any kind of 'highly' or exceptional asessment I am afriad you would have to do more.
