Assistant was very friendly and approachable when advising about the products on the shop floor but when it came to securing and paying for the order, it was all very rushed and no thank you for order or I hope your order is to your satisfaction. Nothing really.

saw bed online, went into store to view colour etc. bed was on display looked as described and good online photos so went ahead with purchase

Whole experience felt rushed as if the assistant would rather have been elsewhere rather than at work. He gave us a price for the item we were buying and then when we came to pay he gave us a different price. When we pointed this out to him he argued with us. I felt that it was unprofessional and it was only because we were about to leave that he then went back to the original price he quoted us.

Assistance was great and product knowledge spot on. I needed the bed delivering for the following weekend so picked a bed that was in stock at High Wycombe. Although this reduced my choice I was happy with my final selection and price having received a little discount for a fully paid sale. My dissapointment was that having picked a divan from stock it could not be delivered the following weekend because the van was full. I now have to collect it from the warehouse which not what I wanted. It spoilt an otherwise excellent experience and you almost lost the sale. This was only mid day so how many other sales were lost last Saturday because you were unable to deliver the following Saturday. Either get a bigger van or have a contingency plan. Regards Peter

we were offered a drink but we said no, it seemed we were only offered something because we were spending a lot of money. I dought if the offer would have been their otherwise

The Watford store needs air conditioning as it was a very hot day and we as customers were trying fast to look at the products and then leave. It was not pleasant to stay in to take time in viewing properly. We were lucky that we found whatever we were looking and then placed the order. Please look into this!
