We were satisfied thought your range of children's bedding could have been better

I don't think anybody can be highly satisfied when making such an important decision, the cost and range etc are extremely good in your Watford store, the staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

Everything was fine perhaps a bit more choice would have improved

The dimension on website conflicted with the actual bed in store. The web site dimensions were incorrect now the bed has been delivered

Still no delivery date.

Because it was a while before anybody was available to help us but when we had assistance it was very good

Staff member got a few things wrong and we had tonamend the order. We didn't find him that personable.

Following delivery both mattresses were not what we expected The double Rapley was too hard The tempur caused heat to build up when sleeping Currently both are on a replacement for another version, but we are not happy that the Tempur cannot be replaced by another brand of similar high quality.

Because we have not received our goods yet, when we do we will be able to comment further.
