There is only 1 credit card machine in store for 4 terminals. Store must of had move about as the rating on beds were not accurate.

I wanted a pocket sprung 2ft 6 single mattress but was Dreams does not stock this size mattress. I did purchase a coil sprung mattress but still would have preferred a pocket stung one for my daughters bed.

We being served/ helped by your colleague he and the rest of the team seem to just chat away to each other, like there were on a night out. I found this very unprofessional as I use to work in retail myself. It seems to be a very lad environment maybe it was because I visited on a Sunday!

Prices seemed higher than expected for the mattress I bought although it is 10 years since my last mattress purchase. I was also not expected the 6 weeks it would take to make and deliver the items.

Caroline ended up serving us after the new girl was very unhelpful and uninterested in serving us. caroline was friendly, helpful and even made us a coffee and chatted with us while we completed our purchase
