I was not highly satisfied because that's the first time I've shopped with you

The transaction did not go through on 1 machine, so the order had to be set up on a difference machine. It was not a huge problem for me, but did delay me a few more minutes.

Overall I was satisfied. However I remained unsure why some mattresses were more expensive than others and why the more expensive ones were not supposed to last longer than the cheaper ones. They all seemed to last about 12 years

Value for money. Earliest available delivery date was almost 2 weeks ago. Quicker delivery would have been preferable.

Still awaiting a delivery date for my bed, would have liked to have come in and ordered and got a date there and then. Also system crashed just after my credit had been approved so was in the store for quite a while while this was trying to be rectified over the phone

We had done most of our research online and knew more or less which bed frame and mattress we wanted but neither were available to see/try out. However, staff were friendly and helpful.

As I entered the store I was approached by a sales person I had no time to look around. However he was very polite and knowledgeable I knew what type of mattress I wanted I told him and he took me to what I wanted straight away he then showed me alternatives very pleasant experience quick delivery easy purchase with offer of taking away old mattress

Amount of deposit that has to be paid needs to be made clear before purchase . The interest free purchase process also need to explained as to how it works I.e includes credit check etc

I had to find a member off staff for assistance. I had a ask if there were any offers on the item. Both prevented highly satisfied answers.

We went to the Watford store on a sunny Sunday afternoon and as a young couple we explained we are on a tight budget due to buying our first home. The first mattress we were taken to was worth over £1000 and we felt embarrased to say we couldn't afford this. The store assistant seemed displeased when I explained we were looking under £500. I think all the staff wanted to be outside enjoying the sunshine which I completely understand!! In the end we asked to wander round on our own and felt more comfortable as we were not being shown mattresses outside of our budget!
