The reason i wasn't highly satisfied with my experience was because i was only buying a mattress. The service and customer interaction was good and fail to see what more you could have done.

I called in the morning to fi d out of a bed was in stock I was told I could go pay on that day (wed) and collect from high Wycombe on the Saturday. When I went into the store I was told I couldn't collect until the Tuesday which was the same day for delivery. When I explained I had called to ask and was told Saturday the ladies reaction was as if I was lieing.

The first member of staff who was assisting us said he was going to check a price and did not return as he was distracted by other customers.
